Annual safety briefing via eLearning

Every employer is obliged to instruct his employees about safety and health protection at the workplace (ArbSchG § 12). The instruction must be given at the beginning and change of the activity, as well as during the introduction of new work equipment. After that she has periodically, however at least annually, to be made (BetrSichV § 12 para. 1 and DGUV provision 1 § 4 para. 1).
