The IPAF extension course is divided into a theoretical and a practical part and includes an examination in both parts. The course lasts about 6 hours including breakfast, coffee break and drinks.
Requirements:
- The PAL card must not be expired.
- It may only be trained in the categories which have been treated during initial training.
- An extension course may only consist of additional pupils.
- The participants must prove with approx. 60 logbook entries that they have regularly worked with devices from the trained categories.
- We require an entrance fee of at least 6 persons.

Training language:
The course is conducted in German as standard, so good knowledge of spoken and written German is essential. With a group size of 6 participants, we also offer the training in English or Polish. Alternatively, with this group size, you can hire an interpreter who will simultaneously translate the course into your desired language. It is important that the interpreter is familiar with the translation of specialist and technical terms used in the aerial work platform industry. Questionnaires are available in many languages for the theoretical test. The interpreter cannot be a participant in the course at the same time.
