Wind strengths when using working platforms

Since the wind affects the work with aerial work platforms, platforms approved for outdoor use may generally be used at wind speeds of up to 12,5 m / s = 45 km / h. It is the operator's responsibility to check the maximum wind speed on the machine's nameplate or in the manufacturer's operating instructions. The wind speed should definitely be measured in the cage / on the platform at working height. A wind speed measuring device (anemometer) must be used for this, which is available from us as safety equipment.
