Internal sales service (m/f/d) for the nationwide full-time rental of work platforms, telescopic forklifts and conveyor technology

 The scope of duties includes:

  • Acceptance and processing of customer inquiries for work platforms, telescopic forklifts and conveyor technology
  • Communication with our nationwide cooperation partners
  • Customer advice, preparation of offers and follow-up of offers
  • Processing orders and creating orders
  • Disposition of the devices
  • Recording of release notices, idle times and rental period extensions
  • Support for existing customers
  • Telephone acquisition of new customers and reactivation of old customers

 What requirements should you bring?

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in selling products or services – ideally rental of construction machinery, industrial trucks or work platforms or from a freight forwarding agency
  • Enjoy personal customer contact (strong communication skills and customer friendliness)
  • Sales skills
  • Independent, precise way of working
  • Confident handling of ERP systems (if possible Microsoft NAV) and common Office products
  • Good local knowledge of North Rhine-Westphalia and neighboring federal states is an advantage
