Gardener / landscape gardener (m/f/d)

Woody and vegetation areas:

We have a company site of approx. 60.000 square meters, which is completely greened by wooded areas (partly on earth walls). There is also a larger rain retention basin with adjacent wooded areas and an approximately 30m sloping embankment to the neighboring property.

At the office entrances there are areas with flowers and flowering trees, roses, etc. that require intensive care.

There are two residential buildings on the site, which have larger allocations, some wooded areas, some flowers and flowering trees, roses with intensive care.

The entire property is fenced in, the fences must be checked and cleared regularly, but in the long term protective planting with suitable trees should be installed on the outside, which makes direct access to the fence difficult.

The machines are equipped with battery chargers that are connected to charging stations during storage. The charging station and cables are located in the wooded areas and must be regularly cut free.
The weeds and ground vegetation must be kept clear in these areas so that the cables do not grow in.

All the necessary machines are available for the work, such as chainsaws, electric and motor-driven hedge trimmers, pneumatic thinning shears and brush cutters, and two sweepers with a width of 1 and 3m.

Cleaning of traffic and parking areas:

We have around 40.000 square meters of traffic and parking space for our vehicles and machines.

The interlocking paving areas must be swept regularly with a sweeper, but are sloped so that they clean themselves in rainy weather.
The water inlets and gutters must be cleaned regularly.
The rain retention basin must be checked regularly and the drainage shaft cleaned if necessary.
It is necessary to carry out cleaning work in the employee and customer parking spaces on Saturdays, no more than twice a year, as the parking areas are free then.

Winter service:

In the event of heavy snowfall, the traffic areas must be cleared with an existing wheel loader and, if necessary, sprinkled with a salt wheel.

Office entrances and required footpaths must be cleared and gritted. When there is little snowfall, we can sweep the snow with our sweeper.
Clearing work during heavy snowfall must be carried out from around 5 a.m. as our vehicles have to leave around 6 a.m.

Remodeling:

Redesign of smaller areas in the entrance areas and in the intensive care areas is planned. In particular, replanting perennials and ornamental trees.

If necessary, helpers are available for all work and must be instructed and supervised by the applicant.

The applicant should have in-depth training as a landscape gardener as well as good plant, flower and technical knowledge.

He must absolutely be reliable and also be available for caretaker tasks - as long as time permits.
