We are looking for a team member for our Accounting. With your completed commercial training you have already laid the foundation for it. If you also already have experience in the accounting nothing stands in the way of your new start with us!

We rent work platforms, forklifts etc. and supply our projects nationwide. As an employee in our Invoice You are responsible, among other things, for our to bill orders and to create credits. In the event of a replacement, you will take care of it accounts receivable and Dunning. You will also be the contact person for the internal sales department for any issues questions available for invoices.

The scope of duties includes:

  • Preparation of interim, final and collective invoices for rental agreements
  • Billing of assignments with drivers according to reports
  • Billing of workshop orders (internal / external)
  • Billing of sales orders
  • Creation of credit notes
  • Maintenance of the master data
  • In the case of representation:
    • Credit check
    • accounts receivable
    • Monitoring + booking of incoming payments
    • Monitoring + processing of arrears + differences
    • receivables management
    • Creation of overviews

What requirements should you bring?

  • Commercial Training
  • Professional experience in billing
  • Independent, precise way of working
  • Confident handling of ERP systems (if possible Microsoft NAV) and common Office products
  • Knowledge of the “Principles of Proper Accounting”
