In our Training Center Operator training and instructions are carried out regularly. We also sell personal protective equipment against falls (PPE). We need your support in exactly these two areas!

We are looking for one helpful and responsible team playerwho works well with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word can handle. You are in close contact with our customers, trainers and department management, prepare training courses and process inquiries and orders.

Sales assistant (m/f/d) full-time

 

The scope of duties includes:

  • Customer advice and sales of training courses and PPE
  • Processing inquiries and orders
  • Recording of offers and orders
  • Scheduling the trainers and making appointments with customers
  • Preparation of training courses and training documents
  • Issuance and testing of PSAgA
  • Maintenance of publication lists and creation of test reports
  • Follow-up of offers, customer care and customer acquisition
  • Participation in special projects (e.g. support in marketing campaigns)

 

What requirements should you bring?

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in sales
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
  • Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
  • Well organized, tidy, team player and hardworking
