As the central contact for the Administration of the IT infrastructure as well as user support in our IT department, you will bring in your completed training and several years of experience and actively contribute to the further development of our IT infrastructure.

IT system administrator (m/f/d)

The scope of duties includes:

  • Carrying out professional support and system administration at 2nd level
  • Capturing incident reports and change requests
  • Incident management, error analysis and resolution
  • Ongoing processing of pre-qualified tasks and issues by the 1st Level Support team
  • Installation and configuration of systems and services
  • Participation in the implementation of projects
  • Creation, updating and expansion of technical documentation and our monitoring
  • Support in testing and introducing new technologies
  • Occasional business trips required (day trips; maximum 1-2 overnight stays)

 

What requirements should you bring?

  • Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training or qualification
  • Highly qualified and willing to specialize further
  • Professional experience in the administration of modern server and IT infrastructure technologies
  • Good knowledge of the administration of Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Azure
  • Prior knowledge of on-premises and cloud-based systems
  • Good knowledge of firewall and network technology
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate remotely and in virtual teams
  • Good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
  • Enjoy working independently and in a solution-oriented manner
